REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Policy Overview
ResearchWise Solutions is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges applicable to our various services. Unused Services or Unshared Documents
Clients may request a full refund or exchange within 15 days for unused services or unshared documents. Terms and conditions apply.
Manuscripts, Book Chapters, & Patent Design Writing
ResearchWise Solutions offers a full refund or exchange if manuscripts, book chapters, patent design writing or supporting documents are not shared with the client at any stage. Once shared, no refund or exchange will be provided.
Non-Refundable Instances
ResearchWise Solutions will not refund or exchange any amount once manuscripts are submitted, under review, provisionally accepted, or accepted for publication.
Rejected Manuscripts
The customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the purchase price if they request it within 15 days of the manuscript being rejected for publication. If this request is submitted after the allotted 15 days, the rejected paper will be revised and resubmitted for possible publication without any refund.
Resubmitted Manuscripts
No refund will be provided if the client agrees to resubmit rejected manuscript(s) with suggested improvements or revisions.
Citations Boosting Services
ResearchWise Solutions will refund the full amount if Citations Boosting services have not commenced. If services have started and the client cancels within 15 days of purchase, charges will apply on a unit basis (number of citations), with the remaining balance refunded. No refunds will be issued after 15 days. Unit pricing may be at least 40 percent higher than the regular pricing.
Manuscript Peer Review Services
Full refunds will be given if manuscript peer review services have not commenced. If services have started and the client cancels within 15 days of purchase, charges will apply on a unit basis (number of peer reviews), with the remaining balance refunded. No refunds will be issued after 15 days. Unit pricing may be at least 40 percent higher than the regular pricing.
Refund Resolution: Late or Missing Refund
In the event of a late or missing refund, ResearchWise Solutions is committed to assisting clients in resolving the issue promptly. If a client has not received a refund after the stipulated refund period, they should first check their bank account to ensure the refund has not been deposited. Subsequently, contacting their credit card company is advisable, as there may be processing delays before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, clients should reach out to their bank, considering that there might be internal processing timelines affecting refund transactions. If, after taking these steps, the client still has not received the refund, they are encouraged to contact ResearchWise Solutions. We are dedicated to addressing any refund-related concerns and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for our clients.
